After starting his career as a trim carpentry business owner, he became a licensed builder in 2005 and has since led a wide range of projects with a focus on quality craftsmanship and attention to detail.

Eric has served as the licensed builder for Keplinger and Keranen Builders, managing complex residential projects with a commitment to precision and professionalism.

He is known for his transparent, open-book approach—providing clients with clarity, trust, and a highly collaborative building experience from start to finish.

After years of planning, Eric and his family have made the move to the Utah mountains, where Ensi Building Company was founded to deliver thoughtfully built, high-quality homes tailored to each client’s vision.
