We meet with you to understand your vision and begin planning your home’s design. Next, we determine the project scope based on your priorities and goals, refining the overall plan. As your custom home comes together, we’ll review materials and textures and choose the finishes for your space.

DURING CONSTRUCTION

We provide clear, transparent pricing using our trusted subcontractors. From there, we prepare the project and move into construction, keeping you informed every step of the way. Our priority is delivering high-quality craftsmanship. Throughout construction, we stay in close communication. This includes site oversight, day-to-day project management, coordination of subcontractors, and handling construction waste when needed. We are always available by phone for any questions or concerns.

FINISHING TOUCHES

Upon completion, we walk you through your new home, explaining maintenance and demonstrating how to operate all systems so you feel confident from day one. Our commitment doesn’t end at move‑in: every home built with Ensi Building LLC includes a warranty and ongoing support, giving you peace of mind and a direct line to us for any questions or service needs.
